Our Fish Meal
We are proud to use only whole Sardinella Pilchardus fish for our fishmeal production always under the strictest marine wildlife and environmental conservation controls. This approach elevates the quality of our product, guaranteeing a protein yield of no less than 65%/66% and no more than 68%-71%. Our dedication to preservation and the cold chain translates into increased freshness and reduced histamine levels and therefore added value for our customers.
The plant has a production capacity of 400 tons per day and a storage capacity of over 2,000 tons per day. We prioritize the regular rotation of our product, which guarantees freshly produced fishmeal and minimizes any possible quality problems.
Our fish oil
Our fish oil and fishmeal are processed with exceptional freshness and professionalism, contributing significant value to the product. We maintain a minimum EPA+DHA value of 27% in our product, which often reaches 29% during certain months of the year. Our factory has a current capacity of over 250 tons of storage. However, we aim to minimize storage time as it helps avoid compromising the quality of our valuable product.
